人才培养 自2009年工作以来,致力于研究中国现代化农村建设所涉及的关键建筑能源与节能技术的教学和科研工作。在教学中不断改进教学方法,学以致用,将思政、创新创业融入专业教学,提升教学课堂授课水平,同时保持生动、幽默的教学风格,讲好每一堂课;指导学生多次参加学科竞赛,并取得优异成绩;在指导研究生方面,根据学生的特点,量身定制培养方案,深受好评。 承担本科教学课程与教改:2017-2019年,年均承担课程6门,平均课堂教学课时为125;课程思政1门;全校通识1门;双创1门;参与教改课题三项(国家级-第二批新工科研究与实践项目、省级、校级各1项)。 指导学生竞赛获奖:自2012至2020国家A类赛事获奖20余项,如: 国家级:A类赛节能减排大赛全国二等奖1项(2020)、三等奖1项(2019);承办中国研究生能源装备创新设计大赛届(校赛,2020),指导学生获得A类赛事中国研究生能源装备大赛全国二等奖1项(2020)、三等奖1项(2019),A类赛事中国研究生能源装备大赛优秀指导教师奖1项(2020);中国空调制冷行业大赛,华中赛区本科团队一等奖2项(2012,2013),全国二等奖3项(2015、2019、2020)、全国三等奖1项(2017),中国制冷空调行业十周年优秀指导教师1项(2016年),中国制冷空调行业大赛,最佳组织者奖1项(2015),中国制冷空调行业大赛优秀指导教师奖4项(2012,2013,2015,2020);承办中国空调制冷行业大赛1届(华中赛区,2015),并获得“比泽尔杯”第九届中国制冷空调行业大学生科技竞赛最佳承办单位奖;此外,中国制冷空调行业大赛中学校获得最佳竞赛学校奖牌(2012)。 省级:A类赛互联网+湖南省金奖1项(2020);湖南省第十届大学生挑战杯“华罡科技湖南省大学生课外学术作品竞赛”二等奖(2012)。 校级:A类赛互联网+湖南大学银奖1项(2020)、铜奖1项(2020);A类赛事大学生挑战杯校级一等奖(2015),校级银奖1项(2020),校级铜奖2项(2020);大学生创新创业计划(SIT)校级一等奖1项(2018);第十六届大学生挑战杯校级二等奖(2019)。
